The interview process
Isabella childcare will take care of everything for you.
When finding your nanny, I, Silvia, personally review their Curriculum vitae and follow with a first 1 to 1 interview to verify the following:
-
I make sure the nanny is in possess of a valid photographic ID
-
I make sure the nanny has the right to work in the UK (supported with documents when applicable)
-
I make sure the nanny has a minimum of 1 to 3* years of childcare experience
-
I make sure the nanny has the necessary skills, training and qualifications
-
I verify that their DBS and First Aid is up to date and not less than one year old
-
I demand a minimum of 2 UK valid references
What happens next?
After the interviews, I am going to select the nannies who best suit your needs and their profile will be sent to you for review. You will be interviewing the nannies personally so you can select the one of your choice.
After you are fully satisfy with the nanny you choose, I will put forward a job offer for your future nanny. Once the offer is accepted (written confirmation) and a payment confirmation will be received, a background check (DBS) will be completed and **training will be offered.
We are happy to help our nannies to get an enhanced DBS check and a Paediatric First AID training through a separate body, in case they do not have any, as this are compulsory certificates required for working in childcare.
*Senior nannies are considered nannies with 3+ years of experience in possess of high level of trainings and qualifications
**First Aid training will be free of charge for permanent nanny positions
